To find the nearest CMA centre to you and the days they operate, please see below.  CMA has a pop in centre on Mondays at 10am to Midday at Sunnynook CMA   Sunnynook Community Centre. Acadia Room, 148 Sycamore Drive, Sunnynook- This is open to the senior Community, come along for a cuppa and meet new friends.

At our CMA Friendship Centres, we understand the unique challenges faced by older adults, families, and carers when a loved one feels isolated or lonely. We invite families and carers to refer their loved ones to our Centres, where older adults can connect with others, share experiences, and be part of a caring, supportive community.

With the support of our dedicated volunteers and trained staff, we ensure that every individual has the opportunity to thrive.
